The district designee for student cases is the Executive Director of Student SupportsThe district designee for employee cases is the Executive Director of Human Resources and Operations -
School Nurse completes the APDH form within four hours.
Principal completes notification form to District office.

This notification is escalated to the superintendent, school board and public relations.

After findings, those within "close contact" with a positive case are contacted and informed of self isolation or quarantine period.All additional layers of notification will be handled by the APDH contact tracer.

School community notification by principal and information placed on the public website daily.
