Lake Park Community Partners - PTAs
Lake Park School District Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) are volunteer based groups whose goal is to foster a forum where open dialogue between parents and teachers are encouraged and supported. It is the mission of the PTA to work in conjunction with parents, administrators, and teachers to provide a comprehensive, enriching, and collaborative educational experience for the students of LPSD through the efforts of its parent -based volunteer groups.The PTAs provides support to Lake Park schools by raising money to fund selected classroom activities, necessary supplies, donations, teacher mini grants, school programs, improvements, and much more. The PTA activities held throughout the year are made possible by the volunteer efforts of both parents and teachers. The success of each PTA activity is dependent upon the charitable efforts and ingenuity of our school community.The PTA organizations seek to continue improving the overall educational experience for our students. The measure of the success of the LPSD PTAs is dependent upon the willingness of parents and teachers to become involved. A wide array of volunteer opportunities are available and parent participation is both needed and encouraged to reach our goals.This is your PTA. No contribution is too small. Together we can make a measurable difference for our schools. Together we can provide the means for our students and teachers to achieve their goal of a quality education.
