Coach Rodney Jackson was born and raised on the west side of Chicago, Illinois. He attended Weber High School his first three years, where he was a three sport athlete (football, basketball, and baseball) and made all conference point guard and won all city three point contest. His junior year at Weber, he was voted defensive player of the year for football. During his last year of high school, his family moved to the western suburbs of Chicago, where he attend and graduated from West Chicago High, Chicago (district #94), where he played football and basketball. His senior year he was voted athlete of the week twice.

 

Coach Jackson attended and played football and basketball at College of Dupage; but before the season started he injured his knee in practice and was out the entire year.  From there is when he started to coach sports, and loving every moment. For the past 3 years, he has attended Jim Kelly Football Camp in Buffalo, New York, where he coached kids on every aspect of the game.
